Terms of Service
Last updated 14 August 2026
These terms cover the PostPulse plugin and any Pro license you buy. Using the plugin means you accept them.
The plugin
PostPulse is licensed under the GPL version 2 or later, as required for WordPress plugins. The free version may be used on any number of sites.
Pro licenses
- A Pro license activates the paid features on up to 3 WordPress installations at a time.
- You may release a site from your license at any time in the plugin settings and use that slot elsewhere.
- Licenses are for your own sites or those of clients you manage. Reselling access, or sharing a key beyond the site limit, is not permitted.
- A license runs for the billing period you chose and renews automatically until cancelled.
If a license lapses
The plugin keeps working. It reverts to the free feature set: health scores, per post recommendations and link tooling remain available. The action queue, decay alerts and AI features stop. Nothing in your site is deleted, and no content PostPulse previously helped you change is reverted.
AI allowances
Pro includes a monthly allowance of AI generations, currently 25 in depth and 200 quick generations, which resets each month and does not roll over. Allowances exist so pricing stays predictable. If we need to change them we will give notice by email before it affects an active license.
Refunds
If PostPulse is not right for you, email within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record.
What PostPulse does and does not promise
PostPulse analyzes your Google Search Console data and suggests changes. It cannot guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue, and no tool honestly can. Search results depend on Google, on your competitors, and on the quality of the work you do. Estimated values shown next to a recommendation are calculated from your own historical data and are illustrations, not forecasts.
Some actions modify your posts when you approve them. You are responsible for reviewing a change before applying it. Keeping backups of your site is your responsibility, as it would be with any plugin.
Service availability
AI features and the managed Search Console connection depend on services we operate and on third parties including Google, Anthropic and Cloudflare. We aim to keep them available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The plugin is built to degrade gracefully: if our service is unreachable, your existing data, scores and queue stay usable in your site.
Acceptable use
Do not use PostPulse to generate content that is unlawful, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the services behind it. We may suspend a license for serious or repeated abuse, and will explain why if we do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to PostPulse is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost traffic, rankings or revenue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and for material changes affecting license holders we will send an email. Continuing to use PostPulse after a change means you accept the updated terms.
